Job Duties
- Assist with layout, installation, and assembly of mechanical and structural components
- Perform rigging and signalman duties for lifts under supervision
- Operate power tools, grinders, drills, impact guns, saws, and torches safely
- Support pipe fabrication, alignment, and bolt up activities.
- Perform basic cutting, grinding, cleaning, and prep work for welder and fitters
- Handle material movement using pallet jacks, dollies, or forklift if certified.
- Maintain site housekeeping, barricades, and safety set ups in work areas.
- Assist with erection of platforms, scaffold, and supports as needed.
- Follow foreman’s directions, safety plans, and JHA/AHA procedures daily.
- Report unsafe conditions or equipment to supervision immediately.

- Working Knowledge of industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to read and follow basic drawing or instructions
- Able to lift 40lbs and work in varied environments (outdoors, heights)
- Valid OSHA 10 (Preferred)
- Driving if required to travel.
- Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.
- Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures.
- Limited working surfaces.
- Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.
- Exposure to areas with limited visibility.
- GED or High School Diploma
- Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
- Experience with operating heavy machinery (forklifts and man lifts).
- Skilled in math which includes adding and subtracting fractions.
- Comfortable climbing and working at elevations above 25 ft.
