What is Qiggz?
Qiggz connects people who need help with everyday jobs ("Posters") to skilled professionals ("Service Providers"). It supports quick homeowner gigs as well as larger multi-week projects for recruiters and companies using our Team Builder feature. We never charge Service Providers lead or commission fees. Core tools, browsing gigs, applying, and messaging are all free
How is Qiggz different from Thumbtack or Angi?
1- No lead fees or commissions
Service Providers never pay to view or contact customers.
2- One platform for every job size
With Team Builder, homeowners and companies can post anything from small household tasks to multi-week projects.
3- Direct, instant communication
No bidding wars. No purchased leads. Direct chat inside the app.
4- Service Provider–first model
Qiggz does not sell leads. Our revenue comes from larger recruiters, builders, and optional business tools — never from small Service Providers.
5- Fair visibility for all Service Providers
Qiggz uses a rotating visibility system so each verified professional gets equal exposure and job posters are not overwhelmed.
How does Qiggz work?
Posters describe the job. Service Providers apply. Once selected, you can chat, schedule, and complete the job within the app.
Is there a walkthrough tutorial on how to use Qiggz?
Yes. Visit this link and choose your category.
What is the Qiggz Team Builder feature?
Homeowners post smaller tasks. Recruiters and companies post larger multi-week projects under Team Builder. These projects appear with a TB watermark. Service Providers can apply to both from the same feed.
What languages are supported?
Qiggz supports English and Spanish. Service Providers can translate profiles, gig descriptions, and messages dynamically.
How do we communicate?
Use in-app messaging to discuss scope, timing, and pricing before work begins.
How do I stay safe?
Review profiles, ratings, and past work. Stay in-app for communication. Service Providers should confirm scope before accepting. ID and background checks are coming soon.
Where is Qiggz available?
Qiggz is available across the United States.
How do payments work?
For now, Posters and Service Providers arrange payment directly. Secure in-app payments are coming soon.
How do I contact support?
Email inquiries@qiggz.com or use the in-app chat.
How does Qiggz handle spam and bad behavior?
We use rate limits, duplicate-post detection, account checks, and reporting tools. Repeated abuse may result in restrictions or removal.
What if a job is canceled or a Service Provider no-shows?
Use in-app chat to document changes. You may leave a review. Repeated no-shows are reviewed for policy action.
How is my data protected?
We follow industry best practices and do not sell your personal contact information to third parties.

What is a Service Provider?
A skilled professional or business offering services to homeowners, recruiters, or companies.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
Is Qiggz free to use?
Yes. Service Providers do not pay for leads, commissions, or to contact job posters. Qiggz is funded by companies and recruiters who hire at scale, not by charging individual service providers. This means service providers can apply and communicate without worrying about per-lead costs.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
When a job is posted, does the poster see my profile?
Homeowners typically see 3–5 Service Providers on the first day to prevent bidding wars and ensure fairness. If the job remains open, visibility rotates. Recruiters and companies using Team Builder can view all relevant Service Providers.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
How do I create a Service Provider profile?
Three options:
- Paste your website or portfolio and Qiggz AI builds it for you.
- Answer a few questions and Qiggz auto-generates your profile.
- Fill it out manually for full control.

How do I switch to Service Provider Mode?
Tap your profile menu and select Service Provider Mode. If it is your first time, you'll be prompted to set up your profile.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
Why don't I see any jobs after creating a profile?
Posters within your radius might be posting private gigs, where they hand-pick Service Providers. Keep your profile strong with clear photos, portfolios, licenses, service areas, and recent projects to increase invitations.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
How do Service Providers find gigs?
Browse by category, budget, or location. You can also subscribe to notifications. Homeowner gigs and Team Builder gigs appear together in one feed.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
Are Service Providers rated?
Yes. Posters can rate and review after each job to help future customers choose confidently.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
Do Service Providers pay for leads?
No. Service Providers never pay to contact job posters or apply for gigs — whether they are small homeowner jobs or larger Team Builder projects. Qiggz earns revenue from companies and recruiters who use the platform to hire at scale. Individual service providers are not charged to apply, message, or be discovered.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
Am I competing with a lot of other service providers for the same job?
For homeowner-posted jobs, Qiggz limits how many service providers are shown at one time (typically 3–5) to a job poster. This helps avoid bidding wars and gives each service provider a fair chance. Recruiter or company jobs may show more service providers since these roles often involve multiple hires.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
What happens if a job poster cancels or stops responding?
Qiggz uses profile reviews, account monitoring, and visibility controls to reduce ghosting and abuse. While no platform can prevent all cancellations, these measures help create more reliable matches.
Back to Service Provider section ↑
Are recruiter jobs full-time or contract roles?
- Short-term contracts
- Project-based work
- Longer-term opportunities Each job post clearly explains expectations before you apply
