What You'll Do
- Learn our optics manufacturing processes through hands-on, on-the-job training.
- Inspect incoming glass and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Examine mirrors for scratches, blemishes, and other surface imperfections.
- Assist with the production and finishing of precision mirrors.
- Learn to safely operate optics manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Accurately complete inspection and production documentation.
