The Launch team operates at the intersection of every major aspect of Terran R, from stages and payloads to ground systems, launch, landing, and refurbishment. In this role, you will work closely with Test and Launch design engineers to evaluate and implement optimal manufacturing and integration solutions. You will lead fabrication and integration efforts, including coordination with third-party vendors and full ownership of integration processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including fluids, civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines—to develop effective integration strategies. You'll also be responsible for selecting techniques and processes that meet design tolerances, while providing input on and approving designs for manufacturability.
