Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Painter to support one of our Houston-area properties. The ideal candidate has strong experience in interior and exterior painting and takes pride in producing clean, professional results.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Schedule30 to 40 hours per weekFlexible hours will be permitted for this position and will allow for weekends and evenings.

  • Perform prep work including sanding, caulking, patching, and masking
  • Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as assigned
  • Ensure all surfaces are finished neatly and according to specified standards
  • Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Communicate progress and supply needs to property leadership
  • Protect surrounding property and ensure no damage to adjacent surfaces
  • Perform basic drywall patching and texture matching where needed
  • 2+ years of professional painting experience
  • Proficiency in painting techniques, tools, and materials
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
