Responsibilities:

- Emergency Response Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, including after-hours and on-call responsibilities, to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Minimum of 4 years of property maintenance experience.
- Technical SkillsProficiency in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Problem-Solving Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance issues.
- Communication Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Customer Service ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer service-oriented role, particularly in property management or hospitality.
- Background Check Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
Nice to Have
- Certifications Relevant certifications such as Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) or HVAC certification are advantageous.
