Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be willing to work assigned shifts as needs of business change
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with and experience in the graphic arts
- Experience in plate making with working knowledge of flexographic plate systems, especially Kodak Thermoflex and Esko CDI imagers
- Experience with Esko Kongsberg cutting table, XPS exposure technology and Device Manager software are plusses.
Additional Information
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $23.32 - $34.09 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
