- Experience 1–3 years of experience operating a forklift, ideally in a direct mail facility or high-volume manufacturing environment preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Certification Forklift certification not required; willing to train and certify reliable, motivated, and safety conscious candidates.
- Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, and work comfortably in a busy production environment.
- Attention to Detail Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documentation, matching material codes to specific client print runs to prevent mixing up critical project components.
- Tech Savvy Basic comfort using inventory software is a plus but not required.
**CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT**
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $16.50- $20.91/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
