Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support Supervisors and Team Leads across three shifts, helping every team perform at its best.
Take a data and process-led approach to delivering our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale goals.
Stay flexible and respond quickly to changing priorities, making smart day-to-day decisions that keep performance on track.
Create short-and medium-term plans that support Manufacturing’s long-term goals.
Build an engaged and motivated workforce through regular coaching, meaningful recognition and professional development.
Work closely with Operations, Customer Service and Product teams to solve challenges and deliver better results.
Embed a culture of continuous improvement—strengthening performance, reducing waste and making our ways of working simpler and more consistent.
Lead standardization projects that improve efficiency and create lasting change.
Manage staffing, resources and labor budgets effectively, balancing operational needs with cost efficiency.
Champion a safety-first culture and help create an environment where everyone can do their best work safely.
Lead the smooth introduction of new products, processes and equipment into Manufacturing.
