Responsibilities

Technical / Industry Knowledge
- Ten (10) or more years of substantial and relevant transactional experience in infrastructure, transportation, public procurement, and public and/or private finance matters.
- Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
- Deep knowledge of contracting models and financing structures and ability to navigate the legal and regulatory landscape governing US P3 Infrastructure projects from pre-procurement to financial close with an emphasis across roads, transit and rail, bridges and tunnels, and autonomous vehicles), airports, water, government facilities, transit-oriented and mixed-use development, universities, and renewables projects.
- Demonstrating exceptional drafting, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills and the ability to successfully interact with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with all customary industry agreements (e.g., project agreements, construction agreements and credit support documentation)
- Experience supporting, and administering corporate documentation and risk policies
Position Details
This is a full-time position to be located in Pittsburgh, PA, or Washington DC. The salary range is commensurate with experience.
Work Environment
- This position is primarily indoors.
- This work environment may involve minimal exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.
