Demonstrable experience in Building Maintenance
Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Good record keeping skills and comfortable using a PDA system
An adaptable team worker keen to get involved and support others

IT Skills – in the use of PDA’s
