What You’ll Do

Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions.
Operate and maintain manufacturing tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Troubleshoot and report defects or malfunctions in assembly processes.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication
Ability to read and understand blueprints and instructions
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and machinery
Good eye for detail and steady hands
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for most of the shift
Team player with a problem-solving mindset
Must have personal transportation (nearest public transportation is 2 miles away)
