Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
HVAC Certification [Technical school certification preferred]
EPA Certification a plus
Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass company’s MVR requirementsAbility to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and adhere to all safety guidelines
Familiarity with building codes, HVAC equipment manufacturers, and industry standards
