Your Mission: Join ClearRealty as an Operations & Lease Administrator, where you will play a central role in supporting the operational and revenue workflows of a growing real estate portfolio. In this position, you’ll take ownership of lease administration, tenant billing processes, and system data integrity, helping ensure that lease records, charges, and recoverable expenses are accurate, timely, and properly maintained. As part of a developing, startup-style environment, you’ll work closely with Accounting, Facilities, Property Operations, and leadership while contributing to the continued refinement of workflows and operational processes. This role offers the opportunity to build structure, support portfolio growth, and directly impact revenue accuracy and day-to-day operational stability.
