As the face of our lead generation efforts, your team connects with homeowners at retail locations, trade shows, and community events. In this role, you’ll lead from the front; driving results, coaching in real time, and building a team that consistently exceeds goals. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors Drive lead generation performance and hold team accountable to goals Provide real-time coaching and conduct 1:1s and team meetings Analyze performance data to improve results Support hiring, training, and team development Ensure compliance with company standards and processes Travel locally to support events and team needs Requirements 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable with local travel Experience 2-5 years in sales, marketing, or customer service 1-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role What You’ll Get $45K - $55K + Performance Bonuses Mileage reimbursement Full benefits + 401(k) PTO + student loan repayment Growth-focused, team-first culture About Us Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows, founded in 1903 and recognized as one of the most trusted names in the industry.
