Events & Retail Data Coordinator Renewal by Andersen - Indianapolis, IN Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We are seeking a Events and Retail Operations/Data Coordinator to support the Field Marketing department in executing lead generation programs across events and retail locations. This position is responsible for operational support, reporting, administrative coordination, and data management, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively. The Coordinator will manage data integrity, track lead accuracy, maintain marketing documentation, and support employee scheduling and compensation tracking. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Enter, track, and manage leads in CRM systems. - Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or data issues - Monitor lead generation activities and provide data analysis to support performance. - Generate, build, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports - Support maintenance of data for weekly compensation programs, including bonuses, spiffs, and contests - Support payroll-related tasks by following established processes - Update, organize, and maintain internal documentation, templates, & resources for the field marketing team - Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager. Qualifications: - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Internet proficiency. - Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Ability to handle repetitive and time sensitive tasks - Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
