Our Customer Accounts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring projects are successfully finalized and outstanding balances are collected while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Customer Accounts Specialist, you'll serve as a key point of contact for homeowners during the final phase of their project. This role requires proactive communication, collaboration with internal departments, and strong attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy and timely collections. You'll be part of a fast-growing, in-office team environment where professionalism and costumer focus are essential.
