Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certification in automotive or diesel mechanics preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet operations, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance, including DOT regulations and vehicle inspection protocols.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel. Reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The team member frequently is required to stand and walk. The team member must regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
