- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in the engineering department of a hotel, resort, or closely related industry.
- Demonstrated hands-on technical proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, spa and pool utilities, and/or carpentry. Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Experience coordinating vendors and contractors, and comfort with administrative tasks including work order management, maintenance logs, and basic budget tracking.
- Working knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations applicable to hotel and resort operations.
