Qualifications
- 3 years plus Maintenance supervisory experience of Heavy Mobile Equipment, Static Processing Plant, Locomotive and/or Gantry Cranes and/or
- 3 years plus Maintenance supervisory experience in a fast-paced customer oriented service support environment and/or
- 3 years plus Maintenance supervisory experience in a Steel Mill, quarry, mining, rolling stock, major construction or material processing environment and/or
- Sound mechanical knowledge of the following types of equipment Medium and Large Wheel Loaders, Scraper Tractors, Diesel Locomotive, Gantry Crane, Material Processing plants would be beneficial
The ideal candidate will be
- A strong organized communicator, willing to work a rotating schedule, weekends and holidays in a fast paced environment.
- Participate in safety, quality and environmental programs by conducting observations, audits and meetings.
- Carry out duties with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
