RESPONSIBILITIES
You should have positive, constructive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in team environment.
- Support the work cells in the audit function, acting as a customer representative.
- Select, identify, scan and visually inspect samples based on lot size using knowledge of visuals, packaging and testing requirements.
- Visual verification of solder and cosmetic requirements as required in applicable IPC or other specifications.
- Ability to interpret customer documentation as related to finished product requirements.
- Work to meet deadlines without compromising product quality.
- Communicate clearly all findings to the appropriate work teams and management personnel.
- Desire to continually improve the process and efficiency of the department.
- Complete all OBA paperwork; daily logs, sort sheets, lot numbers and certificates of compliance
- Complete up corrective action sheets
- Maintain audit records and associated documentation as required
- Support the resolution of audit nonconformity with the appropriate inspection personnel
- Provide accurate, timely feedback of production issues to the work-cell teams
- Escalate issues and declining trends to the appropriate personnel for resolution
- First line of communication to the quality engineering staff on manufacturing or process related issues
- Understanding of customer requirements and expectations
- Open communication with the production teams
