Job Responsibilities
- Administrative office support, including, but not limited to, answering telephone calls, utilizing various software systems, filing, scanning, and e-fax
- Assist the department manager in day-to-day activities and paperwork, including customer-planned maintenance programs
- Receive or verify vendor invoices and enter service tickets, sales leads, and sales orders.
- Collect and process incoming cash and checks from technicians.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and some overtime may be required
- Other responsibilities as assigned

- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner.
