Responsibilities• Assist in preconstruction activities on projects; scope development, scheduling and estimating• Orchestrate a plan from the beginning of construction to completion of the project, including accurately projecting construction activities for scheduling purposes• Interpret drawings, details of drawings, and specifications• Achieve objectives through direction of individuals, teams and subcontractors• Work with senior management to track job progress and costs• Complete daily reports and safety inspections• Submit all documentation as required• Direct, coordinate, and facilitate meetings for owners, subcontractors, architects and local authorities• Manage all punch list items. Ensure that all outstanding punch list items are completed on time• Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to senior management• Demonstrate positive and courteous interpersonal skills in all work environments• Provide general estimates for construction materials• Perform other related duties as assigned
