Work Schedule & Availability Groundskeepers/ Housekeepers work Monday through Friday, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role may also require participation in and occasional support for resident events, as needed.

Valid Driver's License
Conduct thorough cleaning and pick-up of debris or trash throughout interior and exterior areas of the property.
Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, green spaces, and community signage areas.
Ensure community trash receptacles, compactor areas, and pet stations are well-maintained and free of debris or large items around the perimeter.
Assist with light landscaping tasks including raking, weeding, trimming, and watering as directed by the maintenance team.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of pool deck areas, courtyards, grilling stations, benches, & both indoor and outdoor amenities.
Assist the maintenance team with light painting of curbs, signposts, & interior and exterior touch-ups as needed.
Conduct light checks around the property and report outages to maintenance team as needed.
Help maintain shop and storage areas in a clean and organized manner to support quick inventory assessment.
Assist with preparation of vacant, unoccupied apartments with light cleaning or removal of debris as requested
Assist the team with the distribution of communications to residents’ doors.
Assist the maintenance team with seasonal tasks including storm/snow preparation or cleanup.
Promote good professional relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff. Through the LIVE IT culture, always display a friendly and courteous attitude toward prospects, residents, vendors, and other employees. Always maintain professionalism.
