Duties
- Review project design, check staged equipment, load truck
- Inspect jobsite, complete job as per work order & system design
- Installation of home theater and surround sound equipment, in addition to other consumer home technology such as networking
- Specific on-site tasks may include running wire behind walls and in ceilings to create a clean & finished look for the client
- Train customer in use of system in a patient, polite and professional manner
- Complete end of day paperwork and time sheets
- Maintain vehicle and its inventory
Required Skills
- 5+ years experience audiovisual installation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex audiovisual systems
- Superior problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- General mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- Construction experience preferred
