Responsibilities
- Mows lawn using hand, power or riding lawnmower.
- Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls
- Hand weed gardens and spread mulch.
- Trim shrubs and low hanging branches.
- Water plants and grass as needed.
- Clean outside patio furniture as directed.
- Assist with set up and tear down of tents, etc. for outdoor activities.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable
- ExperienceLawn care and landscaping experience required. Familiarity with irrigation systems, small-engine maintenance/repair preferred. Experience in maintenance department and prior experience in a health care facility preferred.
