Qualifications
Salary Range$60,000 – 85,000 based on experience
Job Type Full-time, In-person.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and hands-on production planning experience.
- 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or a related operations role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on the shop floor and collaborate closely with production personnel.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey priorities and expectations.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production environment.
- Certification(s) in planning, inventory, and/or production management.
- Familiarity with production scheduling tools, ERP/MRP systems, or digital work order management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives.
