- 2nd year (2,000–4,000 hours) registered Unlicensed Electrician experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to positively identify wire colors
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-starter mindset with strong teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with a history of safe driving
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions
- Ability to manually dig and back-fill holes and trenches
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined or restricted areas

Pay Range $22 - $25 per hour plus per diem for travel and other incentive opportunities
