Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, foundry, construction, warehouse, or industrial experience.
- Forklift, overhead crane, or industrial equipment experience.
- Experience working in a union manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, push, pull, and climb.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
- Ability to demonstrate full upper body range of motion, including reaching overhead, reaching forward, extending arms, and performing tasks requiring shoulder, arm, wrist, and hand mobility.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required by operations and the collective bargaining agreement.
