Qualifications

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn new manufacturing technologies
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout an entire shift
- Always use applicable PPE
- Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials
Specific Role
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Panel Bender Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at EMIT Technologies. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain our panel bender to produce high-quality components that meet precise specifications. You’ll work hands-on to ensure every part is formed accurately, efficiently, and to EMIT’s high standards for performance and safety.
Key Accountabilities
- Operate the panel bender to meet daily production schedules and output goals
- Ensure all finished products meet EMIT’s quality and dimensional standards
- Organize and label completed manufacturing orders (MOs), transferring finished work to pallets
- Accurately maintain job status in OSEON to support production flow and traceability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
