This is a hands-on, frontline leadership role in a production environment. It’s fast-paced, occasionally noisy, and always active. You’ll be on your feet, engaged with your team, and leading from the front.

- Exposure to assembly, fabrication, or similar manufacturing processes
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Experience as a first-line leader or team lead in a production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and develop others
- Ability to lead through change, problem-solve, and make decisions in real time
