Great communication skill
At least 3 years rodent proof experience
Ability to work in confined spaces like attic and crawl spaces
Start work promptly at 7:00 AM and drive a company vehicle to assigned customer locations (3-4 visits a day).
Conduct detailed inspections of projects by checking attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and the surrounding areas of customers' homes.
Identify discrepancies or issues in ongoing or completed projects, with a focus on rodent-related problems or other quality concerns.
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and easing any frustrations, ensuring a positive experience.
Solve problems independently on-site, taking appropriate measures to rectify issues and ensure project standards are met.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and resolutions for reporting and follow-up.
Have clean driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle
Are experienced in quality control, site inspections in residential construction projects
Have the ability to crawl in small, tight spaces and climb and descend of ladders or attic stairs and roofs
Have previous Pest Control / Rodent Control experience
