What You Bring

Minimum of 8 years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred — equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Proven success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies with measurable impact.
Strong history of building cohesive teams and developing leaders.
Experience in machine shop operations (CNC machining, tooling, or precision manufacturing).
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and change management skills.
