- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy & condition.
- Record tracking information and update inventory systems.
- Assist with unloading freight from trucks safely and efficiently.
- Package and label shipments for carriers.
- Coordinate carrier pickups and ensure timely dispatch.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping and basic janitorial tasks.
- Maintain organized storage and work areas.
- Support small office tasks (stock supplies, handle trash/recycling).
- Coordinate with facilities manager and team lead to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Minimum Qualifications

- High school diploma
- Familiar with shop safety, PPE, and housekeeping basics
- Basic computer skills: spreadsheets/docs, file management
- Organized and reliable: follow instructions, document work, and track materials
- Strong communication and teamwork; asks clarifying questions and closes loops
- Able to lift up to ~50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform shop/fab tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing to support occasional off-hours work or local field/onsite deployments as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift certification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing
