HR Generalist

We work with the Department of War to provide the high-speed capabilities our nation and its allies need to maintain a durable, asymmetric advantage. We are looking for an HR Generalist who can own and execute core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring onboarding through offboarding runs smoothly, employee data is accurate and audit-ready, and cross-functional teams stay aligned and accountable. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role for someone who can manage multiple workflows, solve problems in real time, and improve processes as they go.
