Qualifications

Personality Traits

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of warehouse experience required.
Lead, supervisory, or employee training experience preferred.
2+ years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up Powered Industrial Vehicles preferred.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety practices, and equipment.
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and evaluate employees with varying levels of experience and learning styles.
Proficient with basic computer applications and warehouse systems, including Outlook, Excel, and JotForm.
Knowledge of warehouse processes including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and repack operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong safety mindset and commitment to enforcing safe work practices.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Collaborative and able to build positive working relationships across departments and shifts.
Patient, adaptable, and effective at coaching and developing employees.
Leads by example and demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
