Personality Traits

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in warehouse, cross dock, transportation, or logistics operations.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Körber WMS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Experience coordinating shipments with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
Ability to interpret shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
Adaptable, dependable, and able to manage changing priorities while meeting operational deadlines.

Pay/Benefits/Perks

$25-$30/hr
Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
