Training Provided
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of clean driving history.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and federal background check for railroad property access.
- Ability to travel 1-3 weeks at a time, home weekends except for 2-3 weeks of the entire season.(DCS provides hotel accommodations and per diem).
- Flexible schedule:Most work is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with 10–12-hour shifts.Some weekend or night work may be required.Hours may vary with weather and workload.

- Occasionally travel to offices during breaks for routine truck/equipment maintenance.
- Must comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
