- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Interact with customers and explain services/pricing
- Identify opportunities to increase sales
- Load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses
- Work alongside a fun, hardworking team
- Represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand professionally
- Overtime opportunities based on demand
- Paid training
- Advancement opportunities into sales, leadership, and operations
- No experience in junk removal required
- Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 21+
