- Earn up to $22-24+ per hour (inclusive of $12/ hr base pay + profit share + tips)
- We offer Full Time (4+ shifts/week)
- Uncapped performance incentives — the more you fill the truck, the more you earn
- Various shifts are available as we operate 7 days a week - everyone works 1 weekend day each week
- Comprehensive Training We provide complete training and coaching to help you develop new skills in customer service, sales, marketing, business operations, leadership, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll build skills in sales, negotiation, leadership, and operations — all transferable to long-term career growth.
- Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Teamwork: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
- Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day).
- Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.
