- 4–6 years experience in cutting or converting operations.
- Proven leadership in a high-speed production setting.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to sharp tools, moving equipment, and moderate noise.
