Job Summary: The Tile Shop Technician is primarily responsible for pouring, assembling, and disassembling tile molds in a manufacturing environment. This role supports daily tile shop operations through safe, efficient mold preparation and handling. As business needs require, the technician will also assist with refractory installation and repair work at customer sites or internal facilities. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in industrial environments.
