Work Environment
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in traffic control, MOT operations.
- THIS ROLE REQUIRES FDOT Advanced MOT Certification or ATSSA certification
- Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage crews, coordinate multiple tasks, and adapt to changing work conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and extended shifts (10+ hours).
- Regular exposure to outdoor elements, including varying temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions.
- Home office in Pembroke Pines but this role covers South Florida area- travel required.
