- Climbing ladders, long durations of standing, grasping, sitting, pulling, and physical bending movements
- Must be able to lift 25lbs, unassisted
- This role requires to work onsite
- US Citizenship or Green Card
Nice to Have
- IPC620 working knowledge or certification
- Experience reading technical drawings / schematics
- Experience with testers (Cirris, Cable eye)
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Advanced soldering skills
- 5S and cleanroom experience

Role
- You're awesome at building harnesses
- Read and digest the schematics, follow work instructions, execute all related tasks including cutting, stripping, crimping, routing
- Execute 'connectorizations'; meaning adding harnesses to existing supplier provided hardware
- Maintaining detailed documentation through our MES; specifically entering relevant data into work instruction steps, reporting non-conformances, be vocal about potential assembly improvements
- Execute testing of harnesses (Cirris, DMM, cable eye)
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to support new manufacturing equipment bring up or process improvements
- Uphold Safety and Quality standards
