ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Ensure cases have correct lot codes before shipment or storage
- Ensure cases have correct pattern and amount before shipment or storage
- Verify each skid has been properly recorded with correct number of cases and time of
- Place skid tags in correct places to be shrink wrapped
- Adhere to all environmental, health and safety requirements and procedures
- Responsible for food safety and quality
- Other tasks as assigned
COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work at a fast pace online with moving product.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Teamwork and ability to work with others
- Excellent eye - hand coordination
Additional Information
o Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Defense, Allergen, SQF
o Ongoing OSHA regulated programs
o All company regulated policies
- Skid Loaders must receive ongoing training in the following areas:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or the equivalent in related experience.
