Commercial Roofing Supervisor

We are hiring a Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead crews, drive production, and ensure every commercial roofing project is completed safely, efficiently, and with outstanding quality. As the primary leader for daily job site operations, you will lead commercial roofing crews, coordinate installations and repairs safely and on schedule, conduct site inspections to maintain quality control, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all roofing activities. You will also serve as a trusted resource for customers and management by maintaining proactive communication and delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of each commercial roofing project, while managing performance through coaching, accountability, and team development.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial roofing experience, one to two years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectively, and a strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems. You should be a confident leader with excellent communication skills who can manage field teams, handle multiple priorities, solve job site challenges, and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship while providing outstanding customer service.
