- Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (HVAC, CMRP etc.)
- In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving aptitude
Additional Information
Property: Centennial East (240 units)
Pay: $21-24 an hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm; rotating on call weekends and after hours
