- Must be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis - Required
- High school diploma
- Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (HVAC, CMRP etc.)
- In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving aptitude

Properties: Avana, North 40, Fashionaire, Soco at Alpine, Casa 39 - Austin Texas (184 Units)
Pay: $27-$29 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM to 6 PM; on call as needed
