- HVAC certification - Preferred
- Valid Drivers License and Insurance - Required

- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving aptitude
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Additional Information
Properties: Nova Townhomes (42 units) and The Fulton (43 units)
Pay range: $30/hr-33/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
