- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Flexibility to support community needs, including evenings, weekends, seasonal business demands, and participation in a rotating on-call schedule of at least one week per month.
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts.
- The ability to safely perform physical work, including moving equipment, tools, and materials as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
